Forever Before

I remembered a time

A time which did not belong to me

I remembered a place

A place which existed only for me

I heard a prayer

A prayer which parted my lips only decades before

I felt so sure

The knowing I lived with

the knowing I died with

the knowing I created

forever shall be

forever has been

with.

me .

forever.

As I pray once more

it remains

forever before

  1. I have read this several times….it is deep…I feel its spiritual…thoughtful…almost like as life unfolds…our meaning of forever changes…things we believed in…prayed in..still inside of us…but molded w/ change as our journey unfolds…

you make me think enreal…look inside for meaning that may not match yours…but mean something to me…it is why I love reading your work
