Hmmm. I know what you mean.
I tend to blame myself in these things, assume I did something wrong.I agonise and worry and worry some more.
But you know what? It almost certainly isn’t anything I did or didn’t do. I’m not the centre of the universe and must stop blaming myself for it all.
